These terms are an agreement between you, the business that signs up for Supr Chat, and Hello Radio LLC of El Paso, Texas, which makes and runs Supr Chat. By creating an account or placing the Supr Chat code on a website, you agree to them.

What Supr Chat is

Supr Chat is a website intake chat. It greets visitors to your website, asks them questions you control, collects their contact details, and sends each completed conversation to you as a lead by email, by text message if you turn that on, and in your Supr Chat dashboard. It is built from the public content of your website when you sign up. You can edit any question in your account at any time.

Supr Chat does not give advice to your visitors, does not answer their questions, and does not make promises on your behalf. It asks and it collects.

Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in link private. One account covers one business and one website domain unless we agree otherwise.

Your website and your content

You confirm that you have the right to place Supr Chat on the website you connect, and that the content we read from that site to build your chat is yours to use. The questions, case types and wording in your chat are yours. You can change them, and you are responsible for what they say.

Your leads are yours

The conversations your visitors have with your chat, and the contact details they leave, belong to you. We store them so you can read them and so the service works. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers or data brokers, or send them to any other business. We use them only to run the service for you, to send you your leads, and to produce the score and summary that come with each lead.

Free trial, price and billing

Your trial starts the first time Supr Chat loads on your website and runs for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start. Editing your chat is free during the trial; your dashboard of leads and numbers is part of the paid plan. When the trial ends, you can continue by paying the monthly price shown in your account. There is no contract and no setup fee unless you ask us for done-for-you setup and we agree on a price. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and you will not be charged again after the current month.

Text message alerts

If you turn on lead alerts by text, you are asking us to send a text message to the mobile number you enter each time a lead comes in. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on how many leads you receive. Reply STOP to any alert to stop them, or turn them off in your account. Reply HELP or email us for help. Only enter a number you own or have permission to use.

Acceptable use

You will not use Supr Chat to collect information you are not allowed to collect, to ask visitors for payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords or medical records, to send unlawful or misleading messages, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Our service providers

To run Supr Chat we use hosting, database, email, text message and language model providers. They process data only to provide their part of the service to us. The current list is in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Supr Chat running at all times, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change the service, and we will tell you about changes that matter by email or in your account. We may update these terms; if we do, the date at the top changes and continuing to use Supr Chat means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Supr Chat is provided as is. We do not guarantee any number of leads, any conversion rate, or that every visitor will complete the chat. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hello Radio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, we delete its leads, transcripts and chat configuration on request, and in any case within a reasonable time after closing, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
