Supr Chat is made by Hello Radio LLC in El Paso, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do. It covers two groups of people: the businesses that use Supr Chat, and the visitors who chat with Supr Chat on those businesses’ websites.

If you run a business that uses Supr Chat

What we collect. Your name, email address and phone number; your business name, website address and the public content of your website, which we read once to build your chat; the questions and case types you set; the leads your chat produces; and how you use your account. If you turn on text alerts, the mobile number you enter and the time you agreed.

Why. To build and run your chat, to send you your leads by email and by text, to show you your dashboard, to bill you, and to answer you when you write to us.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information or your leads. We do not share them with advertisers or data brokers. We do not send your leads to any other business.

If you chatted with Supr Chat on a business’s website

What we collect. The answers you tap or type in the chat, including your name, phone number and email address if you leave them; the language you chose; the page you were on; the time; a random visitor identifier stored in your browser so the chat remembers you on that site; and the web address of the page that sent you there, so the business knows where its leads come from.

Why. To send your request to the business you were contacting, exactly as you gave it. The business is the one that will contact you. We act on their behalf and do not use what you wrote for anything else.

What we do not do. We do not use your information to advertise to you, do not add you to any list, and do not share it with anyone other than the business you contacted and the providers below that help us deliver it.

Cookies and storage. The chat stores a random identifier in your browser’s local storage and a session identifier for the current visit. It does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Scoring and summaries

When a lead comes in, a language model reads the visitor’s answers and writes a score from 1 to 5 and a one-line summary for the business. The model sees only what the visitor wrote in that chat. It does not look anything up, and its output is not used to train the model.

Who helps us run the service

We use a small number of providers, each only for its part of the service:

Hosting and delivery of the website and the chat
A database to store accounts, chats and leads, encrypted at rest
An email service to send sign-in links, lead emails and account emails
A text message service to send lead alerts to businesses that turned them on
A language model service for the lead score and summary

Each provider processes data under its own agreement with us and only to provide that service. We will update this list when it changes.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored encrypted at rest. Each business can see only its own chats and leads. Access inside Hello Radio LLC is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

How long we keep things

We keep your account, chat configuration and leads for as long as your account is open, so you can read them. When an account closes, we delete its leads, transcripts and configuration on request and in any case within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Visitors who want a conversation removed can ask the business they contacted or email us.

Your choices

Businesses can edit or delete their chat, turn text alerts on or off, export their leads by asking us, and close their account at any time.
Visitors can ask the business they contacted, or us, to delete what they wrote.
Anyone can email us to ask what we hold about them, correct it, or delete it. Residents of states with privacy laws, including Texas and California, have the rights those laws give them, and we honor them for everyone.

Children

Supr Chat is for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and we will tell businesses that use Supr Chat about changes that matter.
